Mr.Happy

Bio: Comedy lover mainly :) But I also love well written films in other genres and I really enjoy a film with a meaningful intellectual background, like for example 12 Angry Men (1957) or Contact (1997).

The Lego Movie (2014) - Rated 31 Aug 2014

It's fun and upbeat. And there's enough creativity in it to make it enjoyably watchable.

Edge of Tomorrow (2014) - Rated 13 Jun 2014

It has a certain excellence to it. I got sucked into the film I'd say. Sure it has a simple concept, as if stolen from a video game, but it's a nice concept and the execution with the military exosuits and the two species fighting, etc. is just damn excellent. Idk how to really put in words the strengths of this movie, but it's good and if you liked films like Starship Troopers (1997) you'll definitely like this one too. This is a film I'd definitely recommend and will watch again myself.

Serenity (2005) - Rated 31 Aug 2014

If you haven't gotten the chance to watch the firefly series, check out this film to see if you'd like them. Personally it's what got me hooked, I really enjoyed the film + series. Sad thing it was a commercial failure, because it wasn't a failure when it came to a fanatic fanbase and there's a sweet reason for that.
