"It's basically the same as the other Saw movies, so therefore it has to be more gorey to set itself apart, it is, and I guess that's why these movies became so popular, they push boundaries for what's ok, I thought it was too much though and stopped watching the Saw series after this. Half decent story but not worth watching unless you wanna sicken yourself."
