sorry, nolan. but you just can't make a biography movie à la inception or interstellar. not to mention the obnoxious runtime, the "unnecessary sex scenes" (it really is unnecessary) and the narrative that does everything but to tell the story it needs to tell properly, literally the only thing it's supposed to do. I think this movie is the most overrated movie ever, contended only by pulp fiction.
it was someone like scorsese who was supposed to bring the story of j. robert oppenheimer to the big picture, as proven with killers of the flower moon.
