The Invisible Man
Apparently I watched this before and gave this a 6/10.
Alright, so it's forgettable, contrived, has bad acting, bad writing and cheap scares. There are three plot holes in this involving certain aspects of how the suit is used, and how unpractical and impossible anything we are "seeing" would happen. I won't spoil it but it's bad and it ruins the film.
The only things I like is how The Invisible Man is shown to be strong as that's an important aspect on why he's a "monster", as well as being crazy. (The latter of which, we really don't see much, we are told... Huh, that's funny... Invisible exposition!) The other thing I like is that the actual execution of the invisibility is pretty great, but it was 2020, it's quite easy to do it. This just did that part well. (As it should!)
The rest of this film was paced okay, but I just can not stand this main actress. They should have gotten someone else to give a more believable performance. I never once thought she was inn danger and like the characters in the film, I thought she was the crazy one. She does like her alcohol, maybe she's secretly "The Invisible Woman." (You need to watch that old movie...)
Anyways, I still think the husband was really innocent!

Mini Review: Apparently I watched this before and gave it a 6/10. It's forgettable, contrived, with bad acting, writing, and cheap scares. There are major plot holes around the suit’s use—none of it feels plausible. I liked how The Invisible Man was portrayed as strong and crazy, though the latter is mostly told, not shown. The invisibility effects were solid for 2020. The pacing was okay, but I couldn’t stand the lead actress—never felt she was in danger. Honestly, I still think the husband was innocent.
