Captain America: Civil War

This was ultimately a mindless, enjoyable piece of spectacle entertainment. I found this to be way too long with too many fan service fight scenes, ie the Civil War battle, which was my favorite part. Most of the movie throws around interesting ideas that the movie sidesteps going into to focus on bland boring posturing. The weird thing here is that this is a very similar story to the Batman V Superman movie and for some reason everyone seems to dislike that one while liking this one, I'm not one of those. I'm more of a fan of what DC is doing, they are adding consequences to the action of the characters and not just giving shallow lip service to it like they do here. I was entertained by Civil War but only just, with each film in the Marvel Universe I see I become less interested in seeing more.
