Bones and All
Very involving first act, but I found Chalamet oddly awkward and unconvincing in a number of scenes, though how blame for this should be distributed, I dunno. Some dialogue/adaptation choices with a certain character (whose actor's choices I support) seem coded to evoke recent gender discourse (think: ending of a certain bad story that went viral) in a way that comes off corny and obvious. I'd call the ending inevitable rather than predictable: points for gusto. And for the sequences that evoke real horror: Sevigny's appearance; David Gordon Green as the world's most bloodthirsty dilettante (five bucks says the Dokken t-shirt was his). Honestly, I would have preferred this had another half-hour at least for more mucking about in that and this, let my misgivings digest.

Dr.Necrow
What a crazy movie. I enjoyed this quite a bit but found it a tad too long. Very interesting, messed-up premise, and I was honestly expecting this to be a post-apocalyptic movie...

Rewatch Value: No
A disappointing experience that suffers from pacing issues and a lack of narrative , making it difficult to stay engaged until the end.
