Safety Last!

Just so beautifully amusing from start to finish. Climax is obviously jaw-dropping, one of the definitive moments in the history of cinema. But I actually prefer what happens before. The wondrously creative office gags -- specially Lloyd pretending he's the boss of the department store in the presence of his fiancée while desperately trying not to lose his job --, the little ambulance section, the customer who wants to check every damn option just to choose the first one -- a sample of it, wtf. It's awesome how there's always something going on to ruin his day -- love his nervous faces and gestures -- and how he manages to pull things off -- not without some considerable sweat, of course.
