Undertone

Quite shocked why I didn't fall for this one, because I'm usually a sucker for this kind of gimmicky horror -- which reminds me of desktop horror and that I need a third Unfriended so bad. Maybe it is the chaotic and sloppy way they record this podcast, omg. The real horror must be editing it. Also think the trauma material (dying mom, unwanted pregnancy in the shittiest time of her life) seems too scattered and just looks dramatically inert. Would be curious to watch a rough cut with no 'ominous' or 'eerie' score, no frivolous camera movements, no googling. A true podcast, just the two of them listening to the audio files, talking, losing their shit.
