i mean, it is kinda iconic.

Overall, good sentiments and lessons--it has energy that makes you want to root for the 'good girl' and see her get revenge for years of being mistreated/bullied, etc, but ends up putting the audience in front of a mirror. Should we want revenge? Does negative energy end up shaping who we are? Acting is spotty, but sophisticated for a Disney Channel movie and, as long as they watch the whole movie, it teaches kids to appreciate what they have instead of being defined by materials and popularity.

I hated the protagonist and liked her rival, and I don't think that was the director's intention...

Not that good for a Disney Channel movie but I thought it was watchable.
