Pretty cool proto-The Thing with pacing that is somewhat (my apologies, gotta do it...) glacial.

A really tense and scary piece of work. I never expect much from TV movies but maybe I shouldn't be so presumptuous, as this has some really nice camera work and great use of sound effects and music. May not exactly hold up under close scrutiny but it's heavy on atmosphere and acted well by its minimal cast.

Leans a little too heavily on the presumption of tension that's not really there, but solid dialogue and great performances by Culp and Eli Wallach sell it.

Pleasant surprise; like a good Twilight Zone episode this is atmospheric and creepy even if I'm pretty sure a lot of it doesn't make sense. Part of the soundtrack sounds just like the deep synth bassline of Massive Attack's "Angel."

Totally one of those movies that is absolutely nothing for most of the runtime, and then turns absolutely crazy in the last ten minutes. The soundtrack is really unsettling too. If you like your isolation horror movies lit like an italian soap opera, this is the movie for you.
