A pale imitation of the brilliant original series. The Warners themselves are fundamentally different - previously agents of chaos driving an uptight world insane, they're now snarky pundits commenting on its flaws. The old cast of characters has shrunk considerably, with the more "problematic" ones like Hello Nurse gone entirely (boo). The show as a whole is too smug, political, and mean-spirited, making it tough to recommend for kids. Pinky and the Brain remain the highlight.

It's definitely got some funny gags, and Pinky and the Brain bits are going strong, but it felt too censored by its own self-imposed wokeness, it's also a little too political. The old show would lampoon everything- this one leans too far in one direction and is ham-fisted. The 'buns' episode is the worst of the bunch, being unfunny, lacking cleverness and subtlety in its parody, and just being a little unpleasant.

I think it brings back a ton of nostalgia from the original show. Some things are missing of course, and not everything works as well as it did originally, but I think this was still a lot of fun.
