The Sequel falls short slightly by limiting the appearances of Colleen Dewhurst and Patricia Hamilton. However Follows carries us through a worthy story with emotional weight. The film could be considered a smidge too long, but for those willing to stick it out. It delivers with an astounding ending to wrap all loose ends.

My mom loves this series so damn much. I definitely found it somewhat enjoyable despite my young age and it being a series I would have never expected to like as a male.

Has a good deal more conflict than the last one - in this case, that means the story skips pleasantly along. Good characters help. It is baffling to me, though, how great acting and terrible acting can so amicably exist side by side.

With a little less predictability and a little more conflict this time around, and a good set of minor characters that all get their share of complexity, this one is a slight improvement over the first. Anne is still an entertaining character to follow.

As a kid I adored the first one and found this one incredibly boring, however later in life I found a greater appreciation of them both, and found this extremely enjoyable but also extremely forgettable.
