Jinta Yadomi, leader of the group when they were kids, neglects high school and lives as a shut-in when he unexpectedly starts seeing the ghost of Meiko, who can only interact with him and no one else. Hayami became interested in voice acting while attending elementary school. In 2004, she attended junior class of Nihon Narration Engi Kenkyūjo, a voice acting training school. She was curious how Audrey Hepburn's voice was dubbed after learning that what she heard wasn't the actress' original voice. She recalls how she left a flyer for the voice acting school on the kitchen table, only to be told by her mother to pick up the phone & call herself.

Jintan is being pestered by a girl named Menma, who only he can see. Menma says she has a wish she wants him to fulfill, but she can't remember what it was. Soon, she recalls that the dream was to have their friends all together again. (imdb)
