Dropped after 1 episode. As with anything radical in the world, I couldn't stand it. It felt like a cheap way to hide a hard liberal left propaganda piece pretending it's entertainment. Or is that the same thing? When the line between art and entertainment was broken down in society years ago audiences opted in for cheap consumerist entertainment feeding primal desires - rather than uplifting divine art feeding the soul. One's easier to consume en masse, the other requires a bit of morality.

Season 4

TV: Starts out brightly but becomes largely insufferable and self-obsessive mid-way through the first season. The characters are manipulated into very tedious and unbelievable plot lines even within the limited comedy scope. The real disappointment was carefree and sympathetic Alex suddenly morphing into a dislikeable, confused, angry coder bro, and mouthpiece for a morose TV writer. Show can't decide if it's a drama or comedy and in the end result isn't particularly funny or moving.
