Pretty damn good, especially considering it was made for TV. The effects are kinda hit and miss, but some of them are well done. The story is epic fantasy and never drags on. Loken is really good here, like this role was made for her, and the rest of the of the cast are also good.

This goes by many names and has been through a few forms; the only cut available to me was truncated, but I thought it flowed well, so I'm curious what was cut (nearly an hour of footage, apparently). Even with a cheap TV aesthetic, the writing is where it counts more often than not and the story here is solid, even if the acting is a mixed bag. Based on an old Nordic legend, this apparently takes some liberties (what adaptation doesn't?), but nonetheless, the plot is coherent and engaging.

Very janky but I'd recommend it to fans of sword and sorcery. There's some interesting story stuff amongst the dross. The production quality is inconsistent--a lot of it is passable but there are also many jarring eyesores.

Terrible acting, but quite interesting. Nothing you haven't seen before but I still found it enjoyable.

the most ridiculous movie i have ever seen - so ridiculous in fact that it was quite amusing. I'm pretty sure the lead actor was mentally retarded or on drugs.
