Voila! Another wikipedia intro paragraph put to miniseries! Bafta should be in the pocket for one of the many angry yelling scenes. Onto the next!

Too uncomfortable for me to watch. But what could one expect from a very realistic portrait of a real serial killer. I didnt watch more than the first episode. Its very well played.

Great court drama portraying serial killer. Tennant is too real in his role!

A good portrayal of Nilsen, but you could find more information online than in this series. Nothing was said, nothing was added. It was just a bit nothingy.

Left me with chills. Good performances in some tricky roles. The motivation of Brian Masters intrigued me most of all and my opinion was constantly switching on him, as intriguing as the killer himself. I'm just glad that Des himself is not alive to see the publicity that the series has caused.

Three-part dramatisation of Dennis Nilsen's arrest and subsequent conviction, covering all the main points but not really doing enough to be memorable. Tennant gives a great performance, especially in the first (Mindhunter-y) episode where his frank responses generate plenty of genuine dark humour. The second is a bit more pedestrian, and the third makes the questionable decision to concentrate on the trial, attempting (and failing) to add drama to the climax.
