ESPN First Take

I hope you like moronic, bombastic talking-head sports personalities yelling over each other on the hottest sports topics of the day pretending its an important discussion. I love sports as much as the next guy but this takes itself as seriously as Fox News or CNN without any of the relevant social issues.

Being the biggest sports media empire, ESPN, and especially First Take, are at center of criticism. Stephen A's headlining show derives from countless arguments over the same thing every week, and while doing so, regurgitates anything anyone on the street could tell you. Nothing really insightful is displayed, and even the more informative "analysts" are sidelined because they don't bring the ratings. Though, with it's faults, First Take is a walking meme, and it has it's moments.
