Decent, though as far as I can tell not very historically accurate. I liked some of the more inspirational scenes and naturally the subject matter. I didn't like the frantic editing, the close up filming style and the writing for the female characters. A bit too simplistic and definitely exaggerated in certain aspects. Nevertheless, worth a watch if you enjoy the subject matter.

Serkis is a great Einstein, playful, energetic, obnoxious and modest at the same time. Tennant and rest of the cast does a decent job as well. The film itself simplifies the ideas within a bit too much, but at the very least it suffices obliterating the evil science & scientist mythos.

Good performances (Jim Broadbent!) and an interesting story are the recipe of this movie. Science should only seek the truth and not think about politics. Einstein and Eddington are a good example for it.
