Feels like Gareth Evans Game-of-Thronifying his "The Raid" franchise (even has two GoT actors). Like GoT, it's a lavishly produced ultra-violent opera about families, loyalty and betrayal. Horror directors Gens and Hardy helm some episodes. The action and gore are hardcore tense and fun, but the story and its portrayal of organized crime and undercover police work are rarely passable and more often ludicrous. A guilty pleasure.
