How Heavy Are the Dumbbells You Lift?

Half ecchi high school comedy, half legitimate fitness tutorial, a combination that works better than you'd think. Actually motivated me to get my butt off the couch and exercise, at least for a couple days. Great English dub.

This show really, really wants you, the viewer, to work out, to feel comfortable doing so, to enjoy doing so. And it does this by following the lives of fun, cute, hilarious girls as they work out, running into absolutely ridiculous situations, and showing you, in detail, how to work out and why you'd want to, how to do as little or as much as you want, and how to not hurt yourself or stress yourself out doing so. Plus, it's a good, wacky time even if you don't!
