Really cheesy, really low budget but for TV it's not terrible. The English dubbing however IS atrocious.

If I wanted someone to understand how nutty Fulci was this is the film Id show them.Its got the tone of a kids movie, punctuated with graphic bludgeonings gory car impacts&flesh melting off hands, all within a story about parental ghosts and weird flames. Oh and don’t forget as you watch a man’s skin being beaten off his face that this was made for TV.only trouble with showing this to anyone is that it’s an awful film and they’d never watch another Fulci again

The non-gore FX are dated, even for the time. Not a bad story , although it gets a little comic at the end.

Some very creepy and unsettling moments lend a nightmarish tone to this late Fulci gem. The opening kills are so good they get flashbacked later in the film! I recommend finding a subbed copy as the English dub is spectacularly laughable!
