Pretty boring, until the end, that is. The only really interesting thing is the wraith-like ghosts, they are kind of scary if you get past the whole low-budget CGI thing.

Weak but to be fair it did try (a rarity in TV movies) the plot though unoriginal never seemed lazy and had believable characters. But it's just so boring with too much set-up and the bad CGI doesn't help.
