Minx

So far so good. It feels a bit familiar at times, but the premise is good enough (with a likable cast) to carry through any soft spots. Will keep watching to see if it can hold up, but am enjoying it through 6 episodes.

I like Ophelia Lovibond in just about everything I've seen her in, and the same is true of Jake Johnson. I think this show is pretty enjoyable. I think there's enough potential here to create something really good, but I don't think it quite reaches that potential in the first season. I am interested to see where it goes in season 2 though, provided another network picks it up after HBO Max dropped it.

Okay maybe I'm little biased but here is your future 2022 Emmy winner: Minx. What a great pilot. First two episodes were fantastic. That 1970's atmosphere, immersive rock music and creative jokes etc. Also Ophelia Levibond is a gorgeous. My rating may up or down later.
