Amazingly cheap. It shamelessly recycles footage from 'Raptor Island', always classy. The budget for this film was 5 bucks and a banana, all meant for the chimp they kidnapped from Michael Bay's screenwriting bunker. And don't get me started on the fascinatingly terrible CGI! The raptors would've looked better if someone moved dino toys in front of the camera and shouted "rawwr". Still, it's so bad that there is a small glimmer of entertainment to be found if you watch this with others

I'm reading the summary right now, and the first 2 words flabbergasted me: Year 2066. They used 'devices' that were so cheap and simple; stuff they used in 1970 or something. Now my eyes locate the movie poster... Wtf is that alien doing there? The smooth fake raptor-like snakes looked nothing like that!
