The series starts off with confusing flashbacks. Two veteran's transition to civilian life is hard and they get sucked into the job of a hitman answering to an unknown organization. The action is engaging and interesting, and the characters feel authentic. It has many tense and exciting moments. I wish there were more than just 1 season. Worth watching.

I discovered this year that Yaitanes is an excellent director with a great eye and a good taste, but ofc he has to work with the generic script and so-so actors given to him. Just like in the Unabomber series his influence in interesting scene staging, spot-on pacing and visual storytelling is palpable. This is not a great series but Yaitanes deserves the accolades for making it quite fascinating until the end. No wonder House of the Dragon was good: he directed and produced almost 50% of it.

if only this show had a chance to do more seasons. could've been a classic
