It's actually better than the past few seasons of Letterkenny. Fleshing out Shoresy into an actual human works well and still maintains the bite. Will definitely watch more if they make it.

Need to watch it again to write a more accurate review, but what I can say is that I love Shoresy as a character, and much prefer this show over Letterkenny despite having absolutely NO interest in hockey whatsoever.

Really, really good show. Better than Letterkenny. While Letterkenny episodes are mostly self-contained and the characters are kind of caricatures, this fixes that. There's a narrative through the whole thing and the characters are all believable. Easier to get invested in the plot. And the funny feels less scripted / forced than Letterkenny.
