Poorly written and acted.

(Estimated rating long after watching.) Only watched 2 episodes. Exaggerated characters and a bit cheesy.

good series

Although by today's standards it feels incredibly corny, I find this show's 90s naïveté irresistibly charming. This ranked among my favorite shows as a teenager, so even for all of its flaws, I can't say I don't enjoy it. But it pulls the greatest shark-jump in history in the third season, and the later seasons end up in a level of badness surprising even for a 90s low-budget SyFy TV show. But the show had so much potential that I can't help but love it for that.

It's one of the shows I watch religiously as a kid and loved. Then seeing a few episodes as adult I was staggered at how terrible it was, particularly the later seasons. Gets marks for nostalgia.
