This version of Snow White introduces elements to the Evil Queen's backstory that are mildly interesting. Unfortunately, mediocre acting and a poor script prevent the film from being engaging.

Love this re-imagining of the story. So many neat re-interpretations like the dwarves being named after the days of the week/ colours of the rainbow etc. Cinematography is brilliant. I had not expected much and was very surprised.
