The Amazing World of Gumball

South Park for kids. In one episode (about the meaning of life) you have all the planets of the solar system singing an upbeat showtune to the kids about how insignificant and meaningless they are... I legitimately love this show.

First few seasons were peak, later it gets into libslop.

One of the funniest, most clever, continually unique, and genuinely enjoyable shows of the past several decades. When I think of what I want in a cartoon Gumball is what comes to mind. Episodic but not to a fault, fun plots, topical humor that doesn't get stale or date the show poorly, and quality voice acting that fits the characters extremely well.

This is Adventure Time without any long arcs or character development. Exemplary structure and animation variety, ingenious integration of 4th-wall-breaking/meta episodes & moments, even some good treatment of heavier ideas/problems. All you ever get is new small stories though, so if you like S1 you'll like S6, but if you need anything lasting or complex, you'll probably tap out sometime after S2.
