A well-produced, but basic fantasy series. What makes this top tier is excellent execution of antiheroes (before Marvel and girlbosses made it a tiresome trope), a great setting in NOLA, and a neatly wrapped finale.

I enjoyed the first season or so, but then it became tired and uninteresting. The writing and the plots went downhill, it's watchable but not good enough to actually watch.

Just a weird idea. Spins off Klaus, one of the villains from The Vampire Diaries, into his own show. But, Klaus isn't like one of those lovable villains, he's just straight-up a dude who murders and tortures people by the hundreds, not for any greater purpose but because he likes doing so and finds it enjoyable. Sometimes he forces people to watch him murdering their family members. And now he has his own show. Where he's the hero. Ok. And people said Walter White was a monstrous protagonist!
