So far there is enough tension and character development to hook me into any series and this has all be done in just the first half of the season. Lead by Aaron Paul, Hugh Dancy and Michelle Monaghan the show delves deep into the spiritual aspect of ones life and the fine lines we walk when devoting ourselves to a particular movement or cause. The show is top notch slow paced character drama and a much needed break from the action packed shows that are all over the screen now a days.

Interesting and well-acted from the first half-season, although lacking a certain "hook" - the creepy cult vibe and imagery can be fascinating, but there's yet to be any real "Whoa!" moment. Situations actually are resolved in fairly low-drama ways so far, which is realistic but lacks that juicy TV drama. But I'll keep my eye on it.
