I've only watched one episode of RR trying to decipher the appeal of Jordan Peterson (spoiler both are grifters thriving on the outrage they claim to fight against), but have suffered through Rubin in other places. Dave Rubin is a pretty awful talk show host. He mostly talks in platitudes and rarely challenges his guests in any substantial way. Most of the guests he has on his show tend to be people that the right has shown some favoritism for and what you get out of them isn't something you couldn't find outside of this show. Also, for someone who calls himself a "liberal," Rubin seems to spend a lot of time defending right-wing positions and demonizing the left on every little thing.
