The Scandalous Lady W

In the beginning is seemed just another -especially beautifully costumed- costume drama, the close hand-held a little claustraphobic. By halfway I was rapt, strong performances in a complex story of candaulism and revenge. Given it's current relevance -with increasing instances of it on the web- and how interesting the real Lady W's life was -even after this episode- I really wish they'd gone for a mini-series.

A naughty little BBC drama about a miserable wife and her pervert Sir husband that loves peeping trough keyholes to watch other men fuck her. Mildly amusing little disgrace and fun to see Shaun Evans get humiliated in this fashion. I wish him better luck with his future endeavours.....
