After an inauspicious opening in which a CIA agent tries to pin the blame for everything on the USSR, this settles into a more or less adequate retelling of the story of 9/11 and the Afghanistan war, but it contains little new information and still has a mythologising tendency. While money wasted on "reconstruction" receives some air time, the real significance of transferring $300 million per day as a motive for keeping the war going for twenty years is never discussed. OK for kids.
