Amy Poehler's brother's vanity project, it's basically a collection of surface level cultural difference gags and immersion breaking celebrity cameos. Didn't bother with the second season.

There's some funny stuff here, although not all of it lands. If you do watch it, try to find the original unedited versions, at least for the first season. Second season seemed just as censored as the american broadcast would allow and wasn't as good.
