genius of course. laid the groundwork for the thick of it/in the loop/veep etc. man, i used to have the video game of this on my amstrad CPC. i can tell you firsthand that humphrey is hella persuasive (although personally i always liked bernard best).

Perhaps it has dated a little, but at the time it seemed very good.
