There are two problems with this. The first is near the middle where the film can go the simplistic route or take the more complicated one that it has slowly built up towards and chooses the former. The second is the absurdly rushed ending that feels like they just ran out of money. These aren't minor, but the rest is rather good. Dekker does very well with his role and the premise, silly though it is, is engaging until it falls apart at the end. I had fun, but it was still a bit disappointing.

Hard to say exactly what this is. Part early film noir, part horror flick, a little bit Fritz Lang's Fury and M, and a little bit "Of Mice and Men". Noir or not (and some scenes certainly are, like the nightclub and the mob hysteria) it's an unusual little movie. A tad rough around the edges... Albert Dekker isn't that hot in his dual lead role, and the script is rather workmanlike. But Susan Hayward has a terrific supporting part and there are some moments of very fine cinematography.

Odd, almost horror story where locked-up maniac twin goes loose and experiences the world for the first time in decades, with family and family friends getting in trouble for what they've done. Absolutely a curio, but a bit dreary to really to be anything essential.

Starts out as a creepy little noir "Jekyll and Hyde", but devolves into a silly (but entertaining) mess. Dekker is just awful, which is, again, hilarious.
