Monster Hunt 2

The swindler character was fun and kid might find it amusing still, but it felt more like a direct to tv sequel, and the plot was near absent. The CGI doesn't seem to have improved at all since the first one.

In his native China, cute little creature Wuba, reminiscent of walking radish, makes hearts beat faster with his big round eyes & green hair. At beginning of this sequel, both real & monster worlds are still in total chaos. Once again in ancient China, 'real' people meet animated characters who can change their appearance & do other tricks as well. Just like in human world, there are warlike villains & peaceful companions in this colorful kingdom. After evil monster king's death....

Focuses too much on individual moments rather than making a competent story. Kids will be less critical as monster does cute things all the time, but for more advanced viewers this will get a little tiresome.
