Red Headed Stranger

Willie Nelson will have his revenge, in this life or the next.

This chronicles some dirty frontier justice. Willy Nelson was mostly stoic. The sense of justice was twisted and perverted at times. I like how it juxtaposes the godly preacher with his murderous rampages. The low point was when he tracked down his fleeing wife (Morgan Fairchild), then murdered her and her rescuer. Katharine Ross was great. The story has pacing problems and the music was restricted to Nelson's sad ballads. Overall, the story fails to resonate well. Worthwhile but flawed.
