whimsical and absurd bittersweet comedy more about the passing of time than time travel. Fun stuff steeply rooted in Japanese culture. Makes me wanna go there.

This is really quite amusing, in a quirky, frantic sort of a way. Its very Japanese and its setting, a seemingly peaceful and relaxing mountain side retreat, is ironic as its where this bizarre timeloop happens, which leads to everyone being in a mess and a rush to try and somehow break out of. It has a comic book type feel to it, with people rushing from corridor to corridor - daft but amusing, yes I'd recommend this film, especially to fans of low key, arty type Japanese films I suppose.

Even better than Yamaguchi's previous time travel movie. Funny, inventive, wastes no time.

Quite the charming, inventive indie darling. A rather unique fun times at the movies, and you'll get most of what you can reasonably get out of its idea, and budget.
