When a shipment of heroin disappears between Italy and New York, a small-time pimp in Milan is framed for the theft. Two professional hitmen are dispatched from New York to find him, but the real thieves want to get rid of him before the New York killers get to him to eliminate any chance of them finding out he's the wrong man. When the pimp's wife and daughter are murdered in the course of the "manhunt", he swears revenge on everyone who had anything to do with it. (imdb)

Henry Silva and Woody Strode play a couple of tough mob hitmen from New York who arrive in Milan to kill a small time pimp, which leads to the mystery of why such an insignificant criminal is worth the attention of such heavy hitters. This gritty action/crime flick has a solid story and is filled to the brim with lengthy brawls, exciting chases and explosive gunfights...plus a 6 year old girl getting run over by a milk truck. Good Times.

Classic influential Italian crime flick from the 70's that features one of the greatest car chases ever put to film. Woody Strode and Henry Silva's killer characters were the basis for Tarantino's Jules and Vincent in Pulp Fiction.

Even if there's nothing that really stands out (except for one great chase) it's top notch entertainment from the first minute to the last. At the end I couldn't believe that 95 minutes already passed by.

Not quite as good as the first in Di Leo's very loosely based trilogy is enhanced by Adorf's performance and an absolutely superb and inventive chase scene. It's hard to see things in chase scenes that haven't been done before, but there are a few here. It's worth it for that if nothing else, but the rest of it is an enjoyable enough crime thriller.
