70 42% Thor (2011) - Rated 01 May 2011
"Having had my hopes pounded to the ground during the marketing of this film, it was revelating to find that something looking like a mess up close, came together as a whole when viewed from a distance. Hemsworth - or Hemmy as he will be named from now on - not only showing physical muscle, but also some for charismatic acting, comes off great as an elephant in the room when banned from Asgard. In my opinion the most succesful Marvel feature on the silver screen in years."
85 72% Troll Hunter (2010) - Rated 01 May 2011
"This movies isn't awesome. It's Norsesome! Initially I couldn't stop comparing it to 'Cloverfield', but thankfully it thoroughly excels the mediocracy of the latter. If you're christian and contemplating a trip to the norwegian mountainside this summer, maybe think again. Or bring a proper flashlight."
90 82% On the Silver Globe (1988) - Rated 27 Apr 2011
"Ah yes, the odd polish sci-fi movie. Keeping in mind that almost a fifth of the movie is forever lost, due to the Cultural Ministry of Poland seizing the mastercopy and cancelling the rest of the production period, it doesn't really feel as if your missing any of the plot. Let me rephrase that. All of the plot feels like it's missing. But fear not, for are you able to accept that the movie should be felt more along the lines of a piece of mystical art, then you're in for quite an experience."
76 57% Lemmy (2010) - Rated 27 Apr 2011
"Quite a good movie considering it mainly consists of talking heads nerdgasming over Mister Kilmisters personality, which would still qualify for a high score - even if it only consisted of one shot focusing on his perineum (you know - the fleshy part between the testicles and the rectum... Yes, I googled it). THE ACE OF SPADES!!!"
100 95% Hot Rod (2007) - Rated 28 Mar 2011
"A coming of age movie centered around The American Dream, we follow the young and careless drifter Rod, who gets his kicks from performing dare devilish stunts on his moped. But when his masculine role model and stepfather falls ill with a terminal heart condition, Rod must take his final step towards becoming a man. This comedy sleeper still manages to stir up indignation amongst people, regarding the scandal of not making it to the Academy Awards of 2008. AMPAS, hWere do yo get off?"
100 95% Inception (2010) - Rated 25 Jul 2010
"*BRAAAAAAHM*. First of all, yes, I'm a frakkin' fan-boy! (But at least it's better than being a douchy hipster). *BRAAAAAAHM*. This is Nolans 'Blade Runner, his 'Vertigo', his '2001: A Space Odyssey', his 'Heat' and his 'Lost Highway'. *BRAAAAAAHM*. Fully met my expectations, which had been built to ridiculous heights, after catching the trailer in january. *BRAAAAAAHM*. You know, the one with the Paris-turning-into-a-calzone-pizza shot. *BRAAAAAAHM*. Mmmmm, delicious Inception... omnomnomnom."
35 12% Kærlighed ved første hik (1999) - Rated 21 Jul 2010
"Admittedly, I enjoyed the movie at the age of 14, but when recently rewatched, it didn't stand the test of time. Typical danish mainstream moviemaking, thin plotline and overplayed acting. It does actually suceed in capturing some notion of teenage love, but nothing extraordinarily. Watch John Hughes films instead."
85 72% The Breakfast Club (1985) - Rated 21 Jul 2010
"Five archetypical teenagers, punished with detention on a saturday, sticks it to The Man by bonding across social groups, smoking dope and dancing around. John Hughes epitonic work, should be forcefed to the teens of today, enabling them to hate the movie now, and regret their resent later in life."
70 42% Pretty in Pink (1986) - Rated 21 Jul 2010
"Effing punks vs. effing snobs. Oh, and effing punks loving effing snobs. And on that note, invent that timemachine-tub-thingy faster!!! I demand Molly Ringwald. NOW!"
2% Omega Doom (1996) - Rated 21 Jul 2010
"Craptacular. 'Omega Doom' - 5 minutes in, and you already feel like you've been watching it for a lifetime. Or how about this; 'Omega Doom' - I'd rather lick a white doog poo. Or simply; 'Omega Doom' - GaaaaAAAAaaaahhh!! *scoop* Finally, I'm blind! HOORAY!!!."
