"This movie sucked so bad it made me wish the Nazis won WW2. Waititi is usually excellent and a complete master at finding the humor amid sadness but he displayed none of that here. Jojo Rabbit is a cruel, ham-fisted film and Waititi revels in displaying his own ignorant Jewish prejudices in his characterizations of the Germans. Only the gays and resistance members are human, the rest? Stupid evil bullies of the most one dimensional kind. Read Culture of Critique instead."
