"I hated the first 45 minutes. The pacing was flat, just scene after scene of various characters explaining the plot. Very little character development. And I couldn't hear the fucking dialogue. Once Protagonist goes through the first turnstile though, I'm in to it. I enjoyed the inversion mechanic - this is what I watch Nolan for. I'm not sure it needed to be that complex, or that difficult to follow, but overall I found it a fun action and time-travel exploration movie."
