If Frank Herbert can figure out how to get people invested based on one book, then Denis could have made this one movie. Visuals great but Chalamet is not my idea of the Muad’Dib

Soul Eater (2008) - Rated 24 Oct 2022

It’s good and the weapons arc is interesting, but they deviated from the manga ending and it’s SO bad

The Witcher (2019) - Rated 24 Oct 2022

We love a big money adaptation of a grim dark fantasy world! Cavill kills it as Geralt

Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2010) - Rated 24 Oct 2022

This is an aesthetic win, the casting is dope and it includes one of the best “in-movie” songs ever written. Ladies and gentlemen, The Clash at Demonhead

Candyman (2021) - Rated 24 Oct 2022

It was good but felt a little short and didn’t necessarily deliver on what it set up in the first half

Naruto: Shippûden (2007) - Rated 24 Oct 2022

Definitely better than the OG series but doesn’t have like one clear sequence that sticks with you most. One Naruto becomes god-tier it’s hard for there to be stakes

All time cult classic film that is so earnestly goofy you can’t help but chuckle
