"I remember liking this when I saw it in the theater and - what do you know? - a watch of it nearly 30-years later has me still finding it entertaining. I understand I'm in the minority here and I totally recognize it's not a great movie by any means but I really liked the way this feels episodic and adventurous and I love the ideas in it. Sure, the execution is bad, but I wish more TV show movies were like that. Also, a full cast of either great or at least famous actors is entertaining."

"I get it: I'm not the target demo for this (my 8-year old "liked it"), but even this kind of movie has to be better, right? The dog actors were pretty great but everyone else - even the adults - were miserable. And it was weirdly ... dark? ... for a kid's movie in my opinion."

"There's still a lot of that Harry Potter charm but, already saddled with a sub-par source material, the movie teeters on boring with an overlong runtime and cheesy CGI. The black-and-white world of good Gryffindors and bad Slytherins was easy to swallow when the kids are all 11 but Potter stories are clearly attempting to be more dark and serious and it'll need to add some gritty grey to realistically get there."

"Jarringly bad early 2000's dialogue in a tepid, 1970's TV show grade plot. This is just really, really bad. I suppose they were going with some type of episodic, Kung Fu series where Paul Walker travels the country getting into car-related hijinks? Except the character isn't interesting at all to take the journey with and this stop should be skipped."

"Who keeps asking for these? These guys aren't even interesting caricatures and the actors are starting to age out of believability during all of the action. At times it can be mindlessly watchable but this episode starts feeling like a generic comic book where the writers are completely out of ideas: coming back from death, secret murderous children? No more, I beg you!"

"I went in with the right mindset: this wasn't going to be a serious spy show a la James Bond. But, at about the 2/3 mark I was done. The silliness is one thing, but the stupidity never let up either. There's fun to be had here (especially the training school) but there's so much nonsensical pieces in this that I couldn't really ever engage."

"Probably a little better than the first part because it seems to throw away all of its pretention and just be a regular Batman animated movie with the hero fighting his rogues gallery. Yes that's less interesting but the way the original idea was treated in the first was boring."
