"So this is my first time watching this movie. I’ve already seen the Dark Knight in the Dark Knight Rises, but never saw the beginning. I really enjoyed this movie, Christopher Nolan is one of my favorite directors and I continue to be blown away with his film. I’m not a huge fan of superhero movies but this and the rest of the Dark Knight movies are some of the greatest superhero movies around."

"So this one was challenging to rate for me. While I thought overall, it was a good film, it was outdated. I’m sure the reason this is so renowned is because of the nuances regarding autism in the 80s and how this film portrayed that. Sidenote, it’s crazy that Daniel Day Lewis and Dustin Hoffman both won best actor back-to-back years for their performance playing a person with a medical condition."

"Mikey Madison deserved an award with this one, unreal performance. I really loved the first hour of this movie but didn’t love the second part as much until the last 20 minutes probably. A notable film, i appreciated the message, unreal performance from an independent film"

"Never heard this story in this much detail. I like the way the story is told. Movie casted very well without a bunch of big names. The way the story is told is original. I was very impressed by this low budget film."
