Jojo Rabbit (2019) - Rated 13 Feb 2025
"Strangely so it deserves the 70. Quite absurd, a bit funny, sometimes idiotic and cringe, sometimes giving me goose bumps and a totally sad picture - it is iconic as it is, very peculiar, even bizarre and definitely NOT for everybody, but I found what I’ve been looking for here."
Blade Runner 2049 (2017) - Rated 14 Feb 2025
"The movie itself isn’t bad, I just don’t like this kind of stories. It made me sad and left a hollow feeling afterwards."
Knock (2017) - Rated 10 Mar 2025
"Incredibly good film! Ready to rewatch any time!"
Mrs Harris Goes to Paris (2022) - Rated 20 Jul 2025
"That was a nice film with quite interesting ideas, but nothing got me the feeling I would rewatch it. Still had fun though!"
Les Petites victoires (2023) - Rated 18 Jul 2025
"It’s a rare mix of positive and sad without unneeded exaggerations, jokes are funny and not vulgar. Film has a soul and warms your heart afterwards. It definitely needs to get more credit!"
Lilo & Stitch (2025) - Rated 15 Jul 2025
"That was fine, neither super good nor extremely bad. Filmed quite decent, the choice of actors was reasonable and as close to the original as possible - huge props for sticking to something I have loved since my childhood."
Charmed (1998) - Rated 15 Jul 2025
"Was good when I was a teenager, rewatched and cringe got me"
The Magic of Ordinary Days (2005) - Rated 15 Jul 2025
"Loved it! Easy to watch especially when you have mood swings and high sensitivity to cruelty. None of the graphic violence here. Dialogs are just a walk in the park, nothing about hidden meanings there too - could be better, for my taste."
Me Before You (2016) - Rated 14 Feb 2025
"Watched it at least 5 times, first one was in 2016 in the cinema with my dearest friend, then we went again to watch it in original with subtitles - to say that I loved it is an understatement! Maybe it’s not the best movie in the world, but it’s my “comfort food” in the world of cinema, I still come back to it once in a while when I feel that I need some support, jokes, a bit of goofiness and at least a temporary inner peace."
Shaman King (2001) - Rated 15 Jul 2025
"What can I say…. That’s my childhood, is there a chance I wouldn’t like it?"
