A Claymation Christmas Celebration

Used to see this on TV every year at Christmas...30 minutes of caroling claymation dinosaurs. As expected from Will Vinton, the animation is very well done, but the content is just abysmal. Bad humor, bad music, stay away.

At times some of the animation is strong, but the "comedy" is terrible and the songs are tedious to sit through.

This enjoyable claymation cartoon is a treat you can watch year after year for a break from reality at Christmas.

It's a shame that this has only recently become a part of my family's Christmas viewing tradition. It's a complete delight. I'll admit that they did butcher "Joy to the World," and both it and "O Christmas Tree" take a sharp turn away from the humor present in the rest of the special. That being said, this special's sense of humor is so incredibly on point that I can barely hear the other carols for my family's laughter. It's also surprisingly informative!
