Let's send a rocket to Mars that apparently filled with flaws. Not let's take a highly dysfunctional crew to man this rocket. Add a bit of sprinkle of family/personal drama back on earth to complete the mix. If it all sounds familiar it's because it's all been done before and with better actors.

Garbage. Cliche, boring sci-fi with excessive melodrama. Nothing happens in the first season. Ten hours of obnoxious buildup and then, of course, they land on Mars during the final scene. Better order season two so we can have a season three! Every television season should be able to stand alone. This one fails. Zero substance.

I liked the idea overall. It has a great production design to it which makes the environments look and feel like they're really in space, which is great, and the HDR also looks fantastic with it. Like The First on Hulu, it's primarily focusing on the human and family aspect of the story, which I understand, and I think this handles it a bit better, but now both shows were canceled before we actually get to see what happens on Mars. So I think it's not a great direction to choose.

This was so so good. It felt realistic. Well acted. It is a shame Netflix canceled this. I would have loved to see where two more seasons of this went. At the least it was a decent ending and our imagination can figure out where this would have headed.

Cliche shite, poorly written and full of eye-rolling theistic ramblings. It’s a shame because there’s a great show in the concept. The shows primary family are three of the most obnoxious wankstains ever to grace television and there’s only so many times you can listen to them have the same conversation - “ you’re my reason”, “no you’re my reason”, repeat ad nauseam.
